Such great info and advice. It’s really hard for me to go to bed early to make sure I get enough sleep, and I forget how important it is for my overall health. It definitely starts a chain reaction that ultimately ends up in laziness and exhaustion and no motivation to get out and do anything. Gotta start somewhere!
Starting with a simple routine can make all the difference even if it is just making sure to brush your teeth, wash your face and get into jammies at the same time every night to signal to your body it is almost bed time. Small simple goals or tasks can help you create better healthy sleep habits.
