Since the gut is interconnected with every major organ system in the body, an imbalanced gut can throw off every chemical reaction and process in the body, wreaking havoc on other systems. Therefore, it’s crucial to create a state of balance in the gut (microbiome) to achieve balance in the body.

02 Harmonize

A 12 session program focused on harmonizing your body from the inside out.

Harmonize will bring harmony to your body, mind and spirit.
This program is designed to root out what is causing imbalance in the gut as well as identifying stress in the body, nutritional imbalances, food and chemical sensitivities that trigger inflammation in the body and more.

The Harmonize program is a comprehensive approach to health and nutrition that includes 12 sessions.

These sessions can be conducted on a weekly or bi-weekly basis via zoom, and can also be held in-person for those who are local.

During these sessions, the following topics will be covered: Building a strong foundation for health and nutrition
